The Xcel Energy Center is home to the Minnesota Wild NHL expansion team and hosts more than 140 entertainment events annually. Located adjacent to the RiverCentre Convention Center and the Roy Wilkins Auditorium Complex, the arena features an innovative, state-of-the-art design. Wide concourses throughout the Xcel Energy Center are fan-friendly and open, offering a view of the ice. At night, the arena's lighting accentuates the skyline of downtown St. Paul.
The textured Armor multicolor finishes used in all of the concourse areas were custom-matched, delivered and installed in a short time frame for the facility's high profile Grand Opening. With the Wild's fourth season now complete, the Xcel Energy Center can say they are home to a successful hockey team - and "The World's Toughest Paint." - Armor!
